ACM India Announces the Indian National AI Olympiad (INAIO) 2026 – The Official Pathway to the International Olympiad in AI (IOAI) 2026

ACM India, in collaboration with ACM IKDD, today announced the launch of the Indian National AI Olympiad (INAIO) 2026, India’s premier nationwide initiative to identify and nurture exceptional school-level talent in Artificial Intelligence. The Olympiad will be proctored live and administered by HireMee, a leading assessment technology platform. INAIO serves as India’s only accredited gateway to the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence (IOAI), offering students global exposure, advanced innovation skills, and world-class academic opportunities.

Registration Now Open for INAIO 2026

• Registration: November 21, 2025 – December 31, 2025

• Test: January 18, 2026 (Online)

• IOAI 2026: August 2–8, 2026 in Abu Dhabi

Eligibility Criteria

Students from Classes 9 to 12, who are Indian citizens born after August 2, 2006, are eligible to participate. Toppers of related Olympiads such as INMO, INOI, PLO, and Bebras will receive direct entry into Stage 2 of INAIO.
